Middle aged male patient with a complaint of pulsatile tinnitus was referred to ENT.
One year ago a sphenoid meningeoma, diagnosed on MRI, was resected because of left pulsatile tinnitus. Because of relapse pulsatile tinnitus the patient got a new MRI.
