Paraplegic patient with scrotal tenderness since 4 days.
Swelling and redness of the scrotum.
No respons to antibiotic therapy.
Ultrasound of the scrotum:
Image 1 and 2: testis
Image 3 and 4 : epididymis head
What is your diagnosis ? Is there a differntial diagnosis ?
