18 year old man.

Left medial knee pain, locking & instability.

MRI of the knee (axial & sagittal T2 FS , axial & sagittal PD space).

Besides the obvious meniscal tear in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus, is there another lesion that could produce medial knee discomforts in this young and athletic patient?
