78 year old confused male patient admitted on emergency.

Imaging:

NECT revealing an intraventricular mass. Subsequently he got a MRI ( Ax T2 FLAIR , Sag T1 , ax T1 + IV Gd , cor T1 + IV Gd , perfusion ). What is your diagnosis ? From which structure is the mass coming from ?
