Dear colleagues! after another exciting day at work including problematic defecation of one of my patients, I would like to talk to you about the Atlantic Puffin sign (aka Fratercula Arctica sign): pelvic floor laxity with beak forming anterior rectocele (star) and posterior recto-rectal intussusception (arrow). In this fascinating case we also concluded, as the result of secondary reading by our local experts, an associated vesicocele and enterocoele (opposing arrows).
